0-5 Years ( The most important years ) #
At this age, it is of utmost importance to build the emotional construct of our young citizens. We make sure that they feel love, and security and start to understand how to interact with its environment accordingly.
They understand how to express their thoughts, their wishes but also learn to limit, and respect them. In this stage education and parenting is shared with the parents, community, and the Nation.
We understand that new parents usually lack experience and understanding, how to raise a child and make sure that in the very first fragile years of character development everything is done right. Because of this, we see parents as more as Guardians, than as Parents. Guardians get fully supported by their community and the Nation. ( see Educational System & Careers )
05 – 15 Years ( General education, and wayfinding ) #
In this stage, we provide the educational foundation for later specializations, but also fully integrate the citizen into the nation. We teach our way, our laws, our rules, or our beliefs and prepare the young citizen for its later life. We also closely monitor and assess the person’s abilities in order to identify its strong suit, skills, interests, and natural talents, which lead to the first specialization.
The young person is at any time being psychologically supported, either directly ( by having coaches ) or indirectly by participating in character building activities.
We believe after 15 Years of age the character of a young citizen is fully formed, and everything from there on is just an enhancement of the already established character traits. So it is of utmost importance to use these first years to form a character which is fulfilling our believes. A strong, solid indisruptable and kind character. A character which is capable to withstanding all that is coming and be able to lead the Orion Nation into the next centuries.
At the end of this term, the person undergoes an official transformation ceremony becoming not just an adult but also being able to become a fully accepted but also accountable citizen ( by choice and trial ). While still being under Guardianship.
15 – 20 ( First specialization ) #
After being generally educated, the young citizen has now the chance to specialize in a subject of his interest/talent, allowing it to master it. In this time the student will have the chance to learn the theory of its domain but also be able to practice it as an intern.
This term ends in another ceremony, on which the citizen will become part of the active and supportive community of the Orion Nation, and be able actively support the Nation and the Nations interest. The citizen will now be a able to earn its right and the full respect as a citizen. it also means that citizen will have full independent access to all ammedities of the nation and the guardianship will cease.
20 – 40 ( Career ) #
In this stage, the citizen will be assigned to any area in which the first specialization took on, and subsequently become profficiant in it. After at least 5 years, the citizen can switch his profession an try out something else ( becoming specialized in part-time and changing into another profession ) The Nation understands that depending on the age and experience of the citizen, it might become interested in other subjects and the Nation support this process. By doing so, the nation guarantees that it’s citizen don’t get burned out, and always stay motivated and creative ( knowing that they will have full support changing their profession ).
40 – 60 ( Career / Leadership / Education / Consultancy ) #
Starting at the age of 40 every citizen is eligible for either changing their current role and become either a leading role, a teacher ( who can support with first specializations or the change ), specialized consultant ( independent role ), or stay in its current active role as the citizen likes to. In its core the citizen remains active and continues to support the Orion Nation.
The end of this term will be celebrated as the citizen has been supporting the Orion Nation with its full content, and the Nation celebrates its effort officially.
The citizen has not just earned the Nations full gratitude ( with all its perks ), the citizen has now free choice to do whatever the citizen likes to do.
60 – 100 ( Education / Consultancy / Retirement / Parenting / Exit ) #
As the citizen has earned the Natio’s gratitude, the citizen has multiple options within this late stage of its life.
The citizen can become a teacher, independent consultant, a coach, learn new crafts and arts, retire and do nothing or exit the nation. It is in the nations interest to keep the citizen as much as possible involved and active, to prevent cognitive or physical degration due to an undemanding lifestyle.
As one of the nations main objectives is to provide a healthy environment ( including good food and healthcare ), the citizen will have in this stage a very good health condition, allowing the citizen to fully enjoy this slower stage of live.
