We realize that the current incubator and accelerators, prove to have a significant flaw.

Participating newly created companies, do not have enough knowledge & experience in marketing, development, execution in order to succeed. Only the few who are lean enough to survive enough time to acquire this knowledge have a chance to succeed. In fact it is not about the product, nor about the team setup, it is about the team which can go through this phase and learn to adapt. These teams are what makes the company, and enevtually get all the backing they need.

This is an unneeded waste of resources, money and time.

We favor the structure of an idea lab, in which you are actively supported by multiple different competencies ( Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Development, Legal, Finance, Recruiting etc ), which are offering their services privately

By this we can evaluate ideas, much faster with a higher chance of succeeding.

Product / Service ideas are being scouted by inventors ( internal and external ). A committee will decide if the idea is feasible and a skeleton product team out of each competency is created. This team has the task to evaluate the idea and develop a MVP.

The product team can and will outsource relevant tasks ( I.e marketing, engineering )

If the MVP is promising, funds / resources are raised and or provided for the next stage.

Slowly as the company progresses, more resources are allocated or hired. Key roles are then either kept by the product team or being assigned to more experienced resources.

In this way, an idea can evaluated very fast and proceeded if successful. Also are qualified resources available and allocated to support the company growth.

As this is a money conservative approach, it allows to run more evaluations in parallel, which also limits the risk to return ratio.
